Thanks to our strong expertise in bi-material injection moulds and moulding, our new challenge was at the beginning of 2017 to keep developing, providing our customers with the best services under the most favourable conditions. We have therefore created MEDICAL PLASTIC SOLUTIONS, a company specialized in the production of medical parts in clean room.
We have implanted in MEDICAL PLASTIC SOLUTIONS, all the DNA of MASSACRIER Company, such as huge continual investments, a unique working methodology coupled with a motivating team, spurred on by an ongoing training. Both companies located on a same spot gather all the skills of mould manufacturing and injection moulding in clean room. One of the strengths of this synergy is the maintenance of tooling, achieved on the same location, by mould maker technicians. This is the warranty of an efficient and reliable production with no downtime.

Quality & Security
A reactive and efficient maintenance, this is the warranty of a fault-free and time lasting production. For this reason, all the tooling maintenance operations are achieved by the mould maker technicians of Massacrier company, on the same location as Medical Plastic Solutions company.
The mastery of our process is registered in our quality management system, adapted to the medical sector and relating to BFP. Besides, we rely on a digital loop, to warranty security and tracking of the productions.
